About this job
The Mental Health Technician acts as a role model and provides direct care for patients under the supervision of professional staff. Recognizes and assists with appropriate interventions for patient problems, records on the medical chart, facilitates education groups, assists with assessments and assists with implementing treatment plans Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Education: High school graduate required, BS preferred. Experience: 3 years experience working with psychiatric or emotionally disturbed individuals Physical / emotional stamina.
