Assistant General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Will perform all tasks as assigned by the General Manager including, but not limited to the following:

• Experience in a full service restaurant including alcoholic beverage service of no less than 3 years that involves evidence of increased responsibility
• Must be familiar with MICROS point of sale or similar system
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and competent with Microsoft Office software systems including excel and word
•  Must have a current serve safe certification in Tennessee and an ABC license
•  Familiarity with alcohol and food inventory control preferred
• Applicant will be responsible for labor scheduling, training of labor, cash drawer management, catering fulfillment for a catering director, occasional outside business to business promotion and marketing, opening and closing assignments, cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities, ability to work closely and complimentary with the general manager
•  Applicant must have dependable transportation, a valid drivers' license, able to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder level, and availability to work up to (7) days per week if needed
•  Applicant must be able to manage and mitigate customer complaints directly as well as staff issues
• Applicant must be organized in their work and able to deal with crises when they occur without interrupting critical management tasks
