A great opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art dining room has become available. We are seeking part-time and per-diem Dining Room Waitstaffs in our beautiful, 5-star rated continuing care retirement community.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
** Welcomes residents and guests in polite and respectful manner.
** Serve residents & guests in main dining room.
** Provide high quality & courteous service by assisting with food & beverage selections.
** Present ordered choices, maintain dining ambiance & complete other tasks as directed.
** Assist with setup, preparation, and clean up.
** Maintain cleanliness of dining room.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
** Good communication and organizational skills.
** Strong hospitality skills.
** Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
** Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
** Work pleasantly & cooperatively in team atmosphere.
** Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.
** Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays.
** Previous food service experience preferred.
