About this job
Leading Plating Company in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant.
Hours for position will be 12pm-5pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 11am-4pm on Fridays. additional hours may be available to assist in office coverage, and may lead to full time hours.
Starting pay is $12 per hour
Duties Include:
Receiving PO numbers by mail, telephone or fax; verify and ensure accuracy
Creating FWO s for production team
Great guests, answer phones and general office duties
Work with shipping to ensure orders match PO request
Recommend and implement process improvements
Any other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements Include:
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass pre-employment testing and screening
