Description:
Provides excellence in service while assisting with owners and guests' luggage to and from their rooms.  Drives, parks and retrieves owners/guests' vehicles, arranges for taxi and general transportation needs, as well as other special requests.  Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our owners, guests and team members at all times. 
 
What will I be doing?

As a Bell person / Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations, retrieving and transporting their luggage. Provide other service as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform shuttle driving service utilizing a 15 passenger van/mini-bus throughout the Resort area. Visually inspects room and acquaints each guest with room and features. Respond to guest requests. Organizes and stores luggage as necessary in a designated area.
 
Basic Qualifications
Previous customer service is a must.  Experience in driving all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe and timely fashion.  Must have valid State driver's license.  Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.  DMV report required annually or as requested.
 
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred.  Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or Bell person is preferred.  Prior hotel/hospitality experience preferred in a customer service capacity.

  • Greet guests
  • Park guests cars upon their request
  • Handle their luggage by delivering luggage to their rooms and upon their departure delivering luggage to their vehicles.
