Manager Client System
The Manager Client System Solutions is responsible for providing key support to the planning, management, and oversight of the Client’s Planning System as the representative for broker. The selected resource will provide best practices solutions in the areas of:
- Learning solutions and training programs.
- Leadership on day to day activities surrounding the SAP planning system.
- Delivering results obtained through effective planning, influence building and effective use of resources.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning partner for broker, participating in high-level strategic planning discussions involving the planning process, best practice developments and system improvements with Client’s Senior Management Team.
- Manage communication with broker field sales on all Client planning system direction, priorities, communication and reporting updates.
- Represent broker at Client monthly strategic planning meetings at Client’s corporate offices
- Lead Quarterly Broker Sales updates with Client’s broker sales and Advantage’s Client Team personnel on progress, score-carding and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applicable field
- Experience working and interfacing with executive level positions
- Expertise in Client financial management systems
- Reporting software – report writing and analysis
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
