General Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Responsible for accompanying parking customers to the airport and returning the customer car, coordinating the pick-up and delivery of customers, and completing parking logs and associated cash reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Accompany parking customers to the airport and return the customer cars to DTG parking stalls; record stall numbers.
* Direct customers to available parking spaces in the lot; receive and respond to customer inquiries or complaints
* Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the parking booth and parking areas
* Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of customers with drivers via two-way radio
* Monitor lot at all times for security purposes
* Manually log all vehicles exiting the lot
* Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned
Mandatory Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Valid driver's license as required by state
Knowledge and Skill:
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to operate hand held check-in device
* Ability to write cleary and concisely
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
