Responsibilities: Assists in provision of patient care including nursing care, patient monitoring, and pursuit of treatment program goals. May be required to transport detox patients as requested. May provide clerical, reception and public relations duties; and organizational support within the nursing unit.
Qualifications: High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.
Must document two years of freedom from chemical abuse problems.
Additional Qualifications: Course in medical terminology beneficial. Knowledge of Twelve Step philosophy and practice through training or experience preferred.
License or Certification: Current driver's license.
Current Basic Life Support-Healthcare Provider Course or equivalent. First aid training.
Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $12.62 per hour.
Hours/Pay Period: 48
Schedule Details: Dayshift starting at 7 AM-3:30 PM during the week. Every third weekend starting at 7AM-7:30 PM. We have a mandatory On-Call rotation for Treatment Technicians. Every Treatment Technician will be On-Call once every three months with the On-Call rotation.
Weekend Schedule: 12 hour shifts on the weekends. Working every third weekend.
