Description
Overall operations of field office. Responsible for staffing, inventory execution, service delivery and financial results. Travel to job sites and ensure operational success while developing subordinate managers to operate jobs. Build strong client relationships.

Requirements
College Degree strongly preferred. Ability to travel as needed, including some overnight travel. Ability to work autonomously. Strong communication and organizational skills. History of team management in a goal-driven environment in a retail or service industry space. History of developing talent. Understanding of financial reports and ability to achieve goals.
