Web Order Processor

Are you customer focused as well as Web-Savvy? A Johnson County based company that specializes in plumbing supply is looking to hire for a Web-Order Processor.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on websites as well as customer service. They will help transfer orders placed through any of their 4 different webstores into their ordering system to be filled. They need to be comfortable following up with customers via email or phone to help resolve problems and answer questions.  This person will also prepare quotes and invoices to customers.

This person will need to be self-motivated and take initiative, have great customer service and a teachable attitude. Any experience in plumbing or construction is a plus, but not required.

This position pays anywhere from $14-$17 depending on experience. 1st shift – Monday-Friday with an hour lunch

Simple IRA and vacation time is available after one year, but they do not provide medical benefits. They do offer yearly reviews and paid holidays! It is a great family-oriented and laid-back environment!
