Expectations and Requirements of an Assistant General Manager:
- 50 hours per week in the store
- One year supervisory experience in a food service environment
- Ability to control labor costs, food costs and other business related functions
- Beyond business skills, Assistant General Managers are required to be team builders
- You must be able to motivate others, create a stable environment, handle conflict and encourage recognition
Assistant General Managers Job Duties:
- Manage a profit and loss statement
- Control labor costs & food costs
- Build, motivate, and train a team required to operate store
- Deliver excellent service to guests
