Expectations and Requirements of an Assistant General Manager:

  • 50 hours per week in the store
  • One year supervisory experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to control labor costs, food costs and other business related functions
  • Beyond business skills, Assistant General Managers are required to be team builders
  • You must be able to motivate others, create a stable environment, handle conflict and encourage recognition
