Aerotek is seeking 18 Customer Service Reps to support an established Call Center in the Greater Scranton area.

Customer Service representatives will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls for applicants/existing clients of their largest client.

Their primary function is to accurately, completely and thoroughly answer, process and document inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. While on the phone, CSRs will need to access policies, procedures and information in their software system and be able to accurately document the notes on the call as well.

Call center hours of operation are between 7AM to 10PM. All candidates must be available to work any where in this time.

MUST HAVES
