JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Make outbound calls collecting on bills first 2 months
-Taking in bound calls from clients and collect on past due accounts
-Negotiate with customers on payment options
-Work very closely on an automatic dialing system
-Enter in needed information into computer system
-Variety of collections calls, (some more intense than others.)
-Most calls pertain to health care clinics and utility companies
-May take up to 100 calls a day
HOURS: M-Thurs. hours range from 8am-9pm. Collectors can set their own schedule as long as they work 40 hours per week with 1 later night per week.
*Fridays are 8am-5pm.
Training will be the first 2 weeks: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
PAY: $15.00-$16.00/hr.
Potential to make additional $500-$1000/month in commissions!
*Able to start earning commissions starting your FIRST month.
