Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

The UPS Store is looking for a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. We are looking for someone that has retail sales experience, strong computer skills, a high school diploma/GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The following is a list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position: -Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries -Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and The UPS Store team members -Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer viable solutions -Take action to learn all products and services offered (copies, faxing, laminating, etc.) -Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion -Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements: -Willing to become a NC Notary Public -Excellent attendance record -Ability to lift 50lbs. or more -Prompt, reliable, and responsible -Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task -Outstanding phone skills
