Mill Maintenanceemployees use common tools to maintain and repair equipment in the mill. Working on and maneuvering around motors,guarded belts, pulleys, augers and other moving equipment is typical for thisposition. Employees often work onplatforms or heights within guard rails accessed by ladders. Efficient mill operation is essential inorder to timely feed the cattle. Maintenance work is subject to the seasonal weather conditions oftemperature and precipitation as well as dust. Utilizing appropriate PPE and being safety conscientious is vital tothis position. Lock out tag out andconfined space entry is a regular job duty that must be recognized andperformed correctly by all employees.

Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include:

Operating bins, motors, conveyors, elevating legs, scales etc.

Inspection, minor servicing and maintenance

Using common tools repairing equipment

Working and maneuvering around motors, guarded belts, pulleys, augersand other moving equipment

Working on platforms or heights within guard rails

Accessing various places by ladders and working from ladders

Cleanliness andhousekeeping

Maintaining a safeworking environment

Any other duties asassigned

RequiredQualifications

* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

* Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Experience in feed mill maintenance

* Previous Experience working in a feed lot facility

* Previous Experience working in agricultural production

* Previous General Maintenance experience

* Cutting and Welding skills

* Electrical skills

* Previous Cargill experience

* Work history in the lasts 12 months
