As a partner with the National Park Service, we employ 600 summer seasonal associates to deliver an extraordinary retail experience to the millions of guests that visit the park every year, providing them with food, equipment, supplies, keepsakes and collectibles through Yellowstone General Stores.

The Opportunity

Yellowstone General Stores is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to work as a Floor Supervisor for the 2017 summer season in Yellowstone National Park. This position will assist in the management of the operational functions of the store including sales reporting, scheduling, customer and employee relations, delegation and supervision. A four year college degree and/or previous retail sales management experience is preferred, must be able to multi-task, accurately handle and count currency and change.

This position requires being able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, bend stoop, kneel, climb stairs frequently and be able to lift and carry 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. This is a seasonal position starting between April and June and ending between late August and early November.

Full hookup RV sites are available starting at $32.20/week. Employee Meal Plan is available for $61.00/week, this includes three meals a day, seven days a week. Dorm style housing is available for $27.00/week.

Candidates must be willing to successfully pass Delaware North at Yellowstone trainings specific to this position. Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment background check and drug test. Associates will be required to work evenings and weekends, as well as split shifts.
