About this job
Action Supply is looking for an experienced A/P / A/R clerk. Background in billing a plus but not required. This position is part-time with the option of full time with billing experience. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude with willingness to learn, extensive attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Job Duties:
- Match invoices to purchase orders/bill of ladings
- Confirm totals of inbound weighed products
- Reconcile statements
- Run reports
- Be a liaison between our company and our vendors
- Data entry and filing
- Take payments and post to accounts
- Any other duties as assigned
- Potential for growth in our billing department
- Auditing receipts
- Checking customer accounts
- Month-end statements
- Daily billing
Qualifications & Skills
- Two years experience in A/P / A/R
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team setting with the self motivation to work independently
