Vapor Up is a family owned and operated electronic cigarette company. 

We cater to many different customers. The long time smokers, who just enjoy smoking. Those who have tried everything to quit smoking cigarettes but have been unsuccessful. The occasional, social smoker when out with friends or at the casino. Even those who used to smoke but have the occasional craving and don't want to get hooked on nicotine again. And, our customers are young adults to seniors. 

At our store locations we do our best to match each customer with the nicotine level if any, flavor and style of kit that is appropriate to each individual customer.  We do this by offering trials so they can try before they buy.  

No employee is on commission so no hard sales will be experienced at our stores. 

We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. We rely on our employees to provide that service to their utmost abilities consistently.

With customer care also comes store care. Employees are responsible to keep our locations neat, stocked and organized at all times for the convenience of ourselves and those who visit us.
