Highland Heights based Real Estate investment and Property Management company is looking for a Handyman to join our team that will share our high standards for quality.This position is responsible for various maintenance duties and handling service requests requiring technical labor skills, including, but not limited to repairs and adjustments, plumbing, general maintenance, dry walling, painting, vinyl repairs and installation and appliance repair. You will also prepare vacant units for occupancy and complete move out reports. You must keep records of maintenance work performed and materials used.Prior experience in maintenance is a plus. We need a "jack of all trades!"

Experience and Qualification :We are looking for a maintenance technician with 4+ year's experience in this field. In addition, a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance is needed.
