Call Center Representative
- Handling inbound calls to enroll or assist customers with questions regarding health insurance.
- Working within internal computer system navigating information as necessary
- At times may have to assist with mailing, outbound calls, or data entry projects.
-Processing mailed in applications
-performing data entry of new individuals enrolling in an insurance program
-open and sort incoming mailed applications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual a plus
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience
