About this job
I live in West Babylon and need an LPN to cover my sons case at home. He is 22 years old and needs a private duty LPN who is a Medicaid provider. He requires assistance with all activities of daily living. He is a full assist and requires hands on assistance with tasks. Our home is fully accessible which includes a ceiling lift, ramp and accessible exits. The hours are Monday- Friday 6:15-2 p.m.
