An exciting career opportunity for Nurse Manager of Emergency Department is now available with a prestigious academic medical center located near the Eastern coast of New Jersey.

The hospital is seeking a self-motivated Nursing Manager of Emergency Services who will embrace its commitment to patient-centered and family supported care.

The Clinical Director of the ER is an individual who is willing to lead and mentor a team of committed and competent staff. Reporting to the ED Administrative Director, the Nurse Manager will manage a very busy Emergency Department. The Emergency Room Assistant Director will work in a busy department servicing over 96,000 patients annually.

The Nursing Manager ER Emergency Trauma will assist with the development of long and short-term goals, compliance, and quality improvement measures. The ED Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Director is responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Program Development
  • Budgetary Staffing
  • Nursing Educational Support

The Emergency Services Manager will also collaborate with the ED physician group and other clinical staff throughout the organization in the care of our patient population and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with leadership roles under their belt and can hit the ground running.
