Seeking a Construction Superintendent

Actively seeking a superintendent for a Jacksonville based contractor. They will report to the Jacksonville office and perform jobs currently in the Jacksonville area and open to travel as far as Orlando/Tampa.

Requirements:

-Must have knowledge with construction contract documents, blue prints, specifications, as-builts, detailed takeoffs and change orders

-Must be able to work independently and also as a team player with strong work ethic

-Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with owners, subcontractors and city officials

-Experience directly over seeing job sites, established management skills

-Proficiency with MS project and MS office

-Drug free work place and background check required

-Ideal candidates will have prior experience with bank construction and bank remodeling.

-75% travel
