Aerotek is seeking Qualified Tech Support Associates in Lincoln, RI!
Job Description
- Provide call center based technical support to store locations, vendors, and staff
- Serve as first level for troubleshooting of issues encountered in stores
- Assure implementation based protocols are met
- Render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence
- Update the database regarding resolution of issues and techs progress while completing work within the store
- May be assigned up to 3 simultaneous projects
Qualifications
- 1 year of technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Clear, accurately and tactful communication - verbal and written
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access
- Must be able to work independently
- Understanding of immediate technical terminology
