Excellent Opportunity with a rapid growing financial services company in lake county This is a Direct Hire opportunity seeking representatives interested in rehabilitating loans and accounts - strong customer service, collections, upselling, or retention experience required!
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, call center, collections or customer support role
- Ability to navigate through Microsoft Office
- HS Diploma
Responsibilities:
-Managing loans and accounts for customers/client
-Strong Customer Service background, with ability to upsell and retain customers
-outbound calls to clients/customers to discuss current situation and offer them various repayment options with the goal of getting their account back on track
-Record and update account activity including financial status, demographics, and efforts associated with resolving their accounts.
-Customer Service and Compliance focused role.
