Aerotek is hiring for an Office Coordinator in Greenville, SC!
Job Duties:
-Provide clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision and within defined procedures
- May have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information
-This position commonly assists 3 engineering consultants with any proofreading and formatting for specs and contracts
- Completes paper filing activities Scanning and electronic filing
-Answers phones Greets and directs visitors Assembles documents
- Orders office supplies and runs reports
-Responsible for receiving and distributing mail, faxing, copying, cave storage, and report distribution
Job Qualifications:
-Must have at least 2+ years in an office coordinator or office management role
-Must be very detail oriented and organized
-Must be able to multi-task and perform with a high-stress level
-Must have a go-getter attitude
-Must have very strong computer skills
-HS Diploma or GED required (College preferred)
