What You’ll Be Doing

• Prioritize work. Respond to all guest requests first, quickly and completely 
• Proactively identify and address customer and business needs
• Communicate progress and status of tasks to all stakeholders
• Inventory, order, and track parts to complete work orders
• Complete all work orders assigned within required time, and properly document actions
• Incomplete tasks must be left in an organized, safe condition, and all materials must be properly stored. Clean up after every task, and all work areas daily
• Operate a fork lift, and man lifts
• Set up and tear down events
• Maintain ice rink surfaces, operating ice making equipment
• Perform basic custodial duties
• Perform advanced mechanical and building repairs
• Perform advanced construction tasks
• Complete checklists and logs daily
• Maintain equipment
• Perform all tasks required to efficiently operate our business as directed by supervisors

 What You Need for this Position

• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate and solve guest concerns
• Ability to work with a team and to follow direction
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, and to stoop, squat and bend
• Work alone, or in a team
• Work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Climb ladders and work from heights
• Work in enclosed spaces, loud, hot, cold and humid environments
• Work with customers, individually or in crowds
• Work in front of spectators
• Work with power tools, and work in, on and around mechanical equipment
• Work with software, office and mobile technology
