About this job
Under direct supervision, this Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for processing and administering the bank’s escrow portfolio as well as the processing and tracking of collateral protection, property hazard, flood, and PMI insurance. The Loan Servicing Specialist also performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing. Your day may include scanning and filing documents, processing payoffs, reviewing documents and reports for completeness and accuracy, perfecting lien documents, and calculations and disbursements of escrow accounts, or other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent educational experience
- General knowledge of various loan documentation, banking, or insurance servicing preferred
- Multitasking and organization skills with ability to focus on details
- Ability to use a personal computer, spreadsheet and word processing software
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately perform calculations
