777’s Bar Cocktail Server Part Time
Tuesday – Saturday 5:00 pm – 12:00/2:00 am
Serves beverage products in accordance with the Company’s alcohol policies and applicable Operational Standards.
- Greets our guest with a smile
- Assures quality, consistency and proper presentation of all served beverages
- Prepares drinks to palatable taste following corporate specifications
- Set up service area for soda
- Maintain accurate records of pop, coffee and alcohol served
- Collect moneys due and balances tab sheet at end of shift
- Work neatly and efficiently
- Clean and restock work area at end of shift
- Know liquor laws: service to anyone under age 21 or to anyone who is actually or apparently intoxicated is prohibited
- Greet guests positively, treating each person in a professional manner
- Have appropriate skills to deal with guest complaints and help defuse difficult, and sometimes emotionally charged, situations to maintain the guest's goodwill and respect
- High School Diploma/GED/TASC preferred
- Guest Service and Cocktail Service experience preferred
- TIPS certification required prior to starting
- Cash handling and counting back change experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent guest service skills
- Attentive and detailed oriented
- Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift(up to 6 hours)
- Ability to maneuver between tables/Games and around corners
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to communicate with guest
