CNC Lathe Machinist - Full-time / Part-time

75% of their day will be spent setting up and operating the machine where the other 25% of the day will be spent reading and editing programs. Need to be proficient in all operations of a CNC machine.

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (Okuma, Mazak, Daewoo Puma, Nakauma machines)

Working with tight tolerances +/-.005

Have to perform their own quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators

Must be able to read a blueprint

Change out, adjust, and offset tooling

Perform 1 to 3 set ups per shift

Second shift opening
