Quality Inspector - 1st and 2nd shift - Full-time / Part-time

Visual inspection of products using calibrators and micrometers.

Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is a system for defining and communicating engineering tolerances.

Inspections of products can takes various amounts of time. Some pieces can take up to 3 -5 days. Others can be completed in a few hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform First Piece, In process, and Final Inspections using CMM/Layout Inspection to ensure the parts meet blueprint specs.
* Prepare Inspection Method Sheets.
* Follow Routers Instructions
* Setup And Monitor SPC Collecting Activities
* Comply with ISO and Customers QC Standards, Procedures and Specifications
*capabilities include 5 axis milling, CNC turning, wire and Ram EDM. They manufacture components as small as 0.250" up to 83" in Diameter.
