Troubleshooting Job Description: Have to come from plastic manufacturing background.
Will be repairing injection molds for plastic manufacturing company.
Experience working with and repairing Hot Runner Systems.
Rehrig manufactures milk crates, trash cans, recycle bins, roll-out carts, beverage trays that can hold up to 12-24 bottles.
Will be troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, water circuits.
Might have to tear down and inspect a mold to see where repair needs to come from, if they can repair on site or send for part replacement.
Experience with conventional mill and/or lathe a big plus as they will be manufacturing parts. Work Environment: loud noisy environment in production area. Mold repair crew is 7 people including supervisor. Qualifications: 10+ years of interjection molding background
5+ years as mechanic in injection molding environment.
Injection molding background, ideally in plastics.
tool maker or tool repair background.
Experience welding steel, cutting steel a strong plus.
Experience with either conventional mill or lathe Performance Expectations: Able to keep up with fast pace plastic manufacturing environment.
Shift flexible.
They will train for 1-2 weeks, including operating crane and forklift.
