Description

The International Marketing Manager will contribute to the strategy development and lead the creation and implementation of annual consumer brand and customer marketing plans. Provide brand performance analytical support on shipments, consumer behaviour trends and syndicated retail and panel information. Work closely with sales and distributor partners on brand programming and implementation.

Responsibilities

· Project Management role on designated brand initiatives. Lead all aspects of brand including advertising, point of sale, grassroots, consumer and customer programs, innovation promotional development. Develop objectives and spearhead programs across multiple functional groups. Lead packaging development, market research and public relations events as needed. Work with sales and distributors to lead development and execution of programs.

· Lead the development and execution of the digital & social media strategies. Work with agency partners to develop content, measurement and on-going tracking.

· Responsible for on-going analysis of brand performance. Use brand, industry and consumer information to identify business issues and opportunities. Provide analytical support of key programs including execution / post analysis results and implications for future plans.

· Partner with Marketing Director in the development of the annual marketing plans on designated brands and markets, including consumer strategy, creative development, annual marketing calendar and key priorities. Work with Business Development Manager to drive innovation agenda. Lead the briefing process for our key agency partners. Participate in the business review process to provide insights.

· Maintain and update monthly budget tracker relating to all marketing expenditures. Ensure processing of all invoices in a timely manner. Work with finance to identify any variances or budget discrepancies.

Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)

· Exceptional project management skills

· Effective analytical skills. Working knowledge of Nielsen / IRI retail and consumption panel data

· Strong sense of business curiosity

· Strong Leadership skills. Self-starter and self-motivated

· Strategic Thinker

· Beverage experience

· Proficient computer skills including word, excel, power point

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree, Business or Marketing. MBA a plus.

· 5 years of experience in CPG marketing, preferable in both consumer and customer marketing roles.

· 2 years of experience with international marketing

· 2 years of experience developing digital and social media campaigns

· Fluent in Spanish
