Job Responsibilities:
Organize complex projects and coordinate with engineering team
Generate Daily and Weekly Expense Reports and Mileage reimbursements
Exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information
Provide general office support such as ordering office and kitchen supplies, mail distribution, filing, managing credit card receipts, in addition to other related administrative duties.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Skillful in multitasking
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through with tasks
Willing to take on new tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one (1) year of related administrative experience in a professional office environment
Quick learner with ability to efficiently complete tasks
Computer Savvy
Full time position, paying $13+
M- F, 8 am - 4:30 p.m.
