The closest thing to being cared for is to care for someone else. Our mission is to help local seniors stay safe and secure in the home they know and love. Your skills, talents, and compassion can make that possible. We serve clients in the Cumberland and Perry county areas. We provide all of the training. You bring the heart, patience and reliability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
• Alzheimer’s Care

Requirements to be a CAREGiver Intern:

• Be available to work 20 hours a week from May-August
• Be available to work 1 weekend a month from May-August
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
