Customer Service Representative (Market Research)

On behalf of Lumber Liquidators, Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring dependable and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about market research. The Customer Service Representative (Market Research) hired for this position will be responsible for recording consumer contact information at The Richmond Home & Garden Show from March 3rd – March 5th. Pay for the position will be $15.00/hr. This is a 3 day assignment.

Position Information:

• Contact information will be collected via paper forms, and mailed back to the company at the end of the show

Requirements:

• Remain engaged and responsive to attendees
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be available to work all dates and times
• Dedicated to hitting the goals outlined by the project
• You must be self-motivated to work with a partner at the trade show and follow specific direction
• Complete a paid phone training

• Friday, March 3rd
• Saturday, March 4th
• Sunday, March 5th

Compensation:

$15 per hour
