Transportation Coordinator Bilingual Eng/Spanish

Currently hosting interviews as my client, a leading Health Services providor is looking to hire their next Transportation Coordinator immediately.

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Pay: Starting at 12/hr

Job Description:

• The Traffic Coordinator will review the log for members that don't qualify for door to door transportation services and verify eligibility for the bus pass
• Update the excel spreadsheet with their qualification of bus pass
• Ensure accurate trip data input
• Obtain and document details of any complaints being filed
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution
• Maintain a polite and courteous manner at all times
• Maintain an acceptable attendance and tardiness record
• Promote a positive working environment
• Adhere to and ensures all company policies and procedures are maintained
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  
• Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills
  
• Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team is a must
  
• Prior in-bound call center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
• Prior administrative experience
• Must have minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Skills
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
