Inside Sales Representative

Local relocation company is expanding again. Come be a part of our growing team. We currently have openings for an entry level sales position. 

Duties include (but are not limited to): Answering multi-line phones Sending and responding to emails.  Providing rates and setting up appointments. Calling potential customers who have requested pricing via the internet. NO COLD CALLING. Leads are provided on a daily basis from customers needing to relocate.

We have a relaxed dress code in a small office with a friendly atmosphere.  Work days are Mon-Fri with 2 shifts 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You must be able to work both shifts alternating with the other employees. You are required to work 2 to 3 Saturdays a month during your rotation in which you would have 1 day off in the middle of the week.

Training for the first 90 days is $13 per hour. After 90 days the pay is $11.50 per hour plus commission. Each month there are personal and company sales goals with bonuses. The more work you put in, the more money you will take home, everyone is guaranteed to take home commission after the first 90 days.

Average annual sales with commission and bonuses are between $40k-$60k but the potential for a self-motivated worker is higher. Medical/Dental after 90 days, paid vacation after 1 year. Days off include most major Federal Holidays.

Skills required: Phone etiquette and grammar skills. Must have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and team player mentality. Empathy toward customer's needs and driven to provide the highest possible level of professional customer service. Sales driven, ambition to achieve more than average results (previous sales not necessary but will help). Willing to develop business and social networks to continually add to customer base. Good listening, verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus. Ability to use organizational and analytical problem solving skills and handle multiple projects/tasks. Effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Ability to calculate simple math, percentages, measurements, reading maps, etc. Proficient with the use of electronics, such as computers, emailing, generating letters in WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc. Punctual and reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check and drug test.
