About this job

As a Daytime Assistant, you will support the administrative efforts in the one of our client offices - you will do whatever it takes to keep a client’s space running smoothly! Supporting this effort will take strong communication skills, a hunger to listen to and learn from others, a love for organization and tidiness, and superior people skills. About You:

  • You’re pro-active, polite, friendly, and approachable. You come to work with a smile on your face
  • You're smart and don't get frazzled thinking on your feet. You don’t need detailed instructions to understand or take on the task at hand - you just jump right in
  • You’re comfortable using your Smartphone (Android or iPhone) and other technology, and are quick to respond to text messages and emails at work

Responsibilities could include:

  • Keep kitchen and bathroom areas neat and tidy - you will be the expert in making sure that these areas stay clean throughout the busy day
  • Tidy up conference rooms and common areas to be ready for daytime staff operations
  • Stock and organize: countertops, pantries, supply closets, etc
  • Setup and breakdown of office events and lunches
  • Routinely take out the trash
  • Keep coffee stations clean and always fresh with coffee
  • Organize and maintain the mail-room. Hand off mail and packages to staff
  • Managing inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with other tasks and responsibilities that office administrators may request at any moment
  • Interact with cutting edge technology to ensure services are delivered to customer expectations
