Crew Member

The primary role of our Crew Members is to ensure customer satisfaction by performing various tasks within our restaurants including preparation, production, cleaning and counter service in according to Asados Grill standards. It is the responsibility of our kitchen team to ensure food is prepared safely and accurately.

*As Restaurant associate, you are responsible for:

• Preparing all of Asados delicious foods and drinks
• Communicating with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness and Safety
• Ensuring items are well stocked and labelled appropriately
• Ensuring food safety procedures are followed
• Providing fast and accurate service
• Operate the cash register and complete paperwork as necessary
• Conduit yourself as a professional and provide outstanding customer service
