Do you thrive on providing extraordinary customer service?  Do you like a job with lots of variety?  We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant!  You’ll have the opportunity to work with directly supporting our CAREGivers, as well as everyone in our office!  

We’re searching for a Human Resource Team Lead to work hand-in-hand with the Human Resource Manager to help facilitate our recruitment and engagement efforts.  You’ll be responsible for assisting with recruiting, hiring, and managing of our caregiving workforce.  This is a part-time position with approximately 25-30 hours a week. 

 What’s required?  Proven ability providing creative recruiting solutions, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, and a love of working with others! 


 Duties may include:
 
  • Assist with hiring process for new CAREGivers, duties may include fielding employment

    inquiries from prospective CAREGivers and moving applicants through the process.

  • Support Human Resources team with all aspects of CAREGiver Engagement

  • Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal

          background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all CAREGivers.


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to ten years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
