We’re searching for a Human Resource Team Lead to work hand-in-hand with the Human Resource Manager to help facilitate our recruitment and engagement efforts. You’ll be responsible for assisting with recruiting, hiring, and managing of our caregiving workforce. This is a part-time position with approximately 25-30 hours a week.

Assist with hiring process for new CAREGivers, duties may include fielding employment
inquiries from prospective CAREGivers and moving applicants through the process.

Support Human Resources team with all aspects of CAREGiver Engagement
- Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal
background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- One to ten years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
