Main Responsibilities:
1. Create case files for peer review
2. Contact Doctors/ insurance companies as needed for case/file reviews that are coming up or past due
3. Review case files and document and update missing information
4. Request missing information where needed in specific cases

Client Job Description:
- Handles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients and reviewers via email and telephone regarding report status
- Utilizes appropriate systems and databases to enter notes and or retrieve information as needed.
- Maintains daily contact with the QA and Customer Service department regarding report status.
- Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented and cases are returned in a timely fashion.
- When necessary, notifies management of any report issues or concerns.
