THE JOB ?

Our Castle Ridge community is seeking full time and part time Servers / Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants to join our team. Many schedules can be designed around your availability and can be flexible as your schedule changes ! As a Server, you will play a critical role in caring for older adults- not only with their dietary needs, but also emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. The Server / Dietary Aide is a crucial member of the team that demonstrates care and compassion for our residents by preparing and providing a high quality dining experience for them.

We offer competitive wages (over $10/hr, and more if you have experience!) and benefits, with full time status defined as working a minimum of 60 hours during the two week pay period. We give regular pay raises based on your hours worked with us. Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
