They will be running applications and specifications sheets into their CRM system as they are transitioning into a paperless system. All interactions with the customers will be done via email and regular mail. Once the paperwork is uploaded, they will send it on to the underwriter to complete The process will take 20-30 minutes each; they are sent onto a D-List, so the manager will be able to track their efficiency. Anything that gets more complex than standard information will be escalated, so the work s fairly simple.
Experience will be using Microsoft Office Suites to input data, they will have training and a manual to look at as they are inputting the information.
Processes loan applications for our channel partners within the equipment finance space. This position requires an extensive amount of data entry, multitasking and attention to detail. A successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently enter new loan packages into the workflow system, as well as quickly return decision results.
* Prepare submission packages
* Coordinate credit requirements and necessary information.
* Maintain a working knowledge of each deal and where it is within the sales pipeline.
* Develop effective lines of communication internally and externally.
* Communicate approvals and declines.
* Follow up with channel partners in order to maintain a high probability of close.
* Maintain accurate records by keeping CRM up to date on each dealer and deals won/closed.
