About this job
Receive incoming calls from customers regarding claims
- Handle intake calls or claims processing for the customer
- Document calls and perform accurate data entry tasks
Be fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Have prior customer service experience in customer focused positions such as: call center, office administration, retail, restaurant, etc.)
- Examples of leadership experience
- Proven data entry skills - Must take Call Center Data Entry (audio) test in Konexa Prove it Database
- have high school diploma
90 business day contract-to-hire position (18 weeks)
The contact center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-8:00PM
New hires will train for 6-8 weeks on Mon-Fri from 8:00AM-4:30PM (cannot miss any days during training). After training is completed, they will move to their assigned shift. Most likely it will be 10AM-6PM, or 11:30AM-8PM. Candidates must be open to working later hours if needed, especially when they first start. Over time, they can bid into other shifts based on performance an tenure
