Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Highly proficient in SAP
2. Ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
3. Food and Beverage purchasing experience HIGHLY preferred.

Job Description:
Manage raw material and packaging inventory levels, schedules and availability of selected item, either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules.

Create and maintain requisitions and coordinate finished goods purchase orders in SAP.

Support and assists internal users of the SAP purchasing system on a daily basis

Closely monitor and report supplier risk to managers. This includes generating reports and analyzing risk metrics for multiple vendors.

Field payable outstanding queries and resolve as needed.

Assist vendor schedulers and receiving to update purchase orders for receiving errors.

Maintain Local Vendor Files.

Keep SAP information up-to-date.

Follow up with all delivery issues

Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products: Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, equipment, and labor requirements.

Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.

Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Prepares production reports.

Consider required materials, labor, and equipment.
