About this job
We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift operators These positions are entry level operators in the coatings department. They load battery terminals into the coatings machine, run the machine, visually inspect the parts, and package in boxes for shipment
A lot of this job is just putting parts in boxes after a visual inspection
This involves standing at the machine all shift and is very repetitive work-candidates will also lift packages and place them on a pallet consistently throughout the day. Typically it is 35 pounds but can be up to 50 at times.
2nd shift: 2:15PM-10:45PM
3rd shift: 10:15PM-6:45PM Sunday-thursday
Must have 3-6+ months of manufacturing experience
Must be able to pass the Water Gremlin test and have solid communication skills
must be able to lift 35 pounds repetitively and 50 pounds on occasion
