Outbound Sales Associate

OVERVIEW

• Outbound Winback SalesAssociate is responsible for Outbound dialing to win former customers back to per VXI and Client guidelines, as well as State regulations.
  
  
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS

• Outbound dialing to win formercustomers back to.

• Meet or exceed OutboundWinback Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policiesand Procedures.

• Maintain an acceptable level ofperformance week over week, month over month.

  EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED required

• One-yeartelesales background (or equivalent sales background with incentive paystructure) preferred
