Outside Heavy Duty Truck Parts Salesperson

Express Employment Professions is seeking an Outside Heavy Duty Truck Parts Salesperson.  Candidates must have EXCELLENT communication skills, be extremely self-motivated and disciplined, a working knowledge of trucks, truck parts and truck repair. Lift minimum of 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, successfully complete a company back round check and proficient computer skills. Duties involve managing a portfolio of accounts, growing sales with those accounts and adding NEW customers on a regular basis. Coordinating customer solutions with other dealership departments and employees to provide the best solutions for our customer’s needs. 

Pay starts at $13/hour DOE.  Company vehicle is provided for making sales calls.

• Identify and create parts and service opportunities and sales revenue goals by researching and anticipating our prospects needs
• Implement supportive parts and service programs to meet customer’s needs
• Promote products and enhance customer satisfaction by developing rapport with key decision makers and end user
• Address customer service issues in the field by managing customer expectations & coordination with the parts and service managers Know your customers’ need
• Be team oriented, have a positive attitude, and good communication skills
• Visit assigned accounts soliciting their parts business.
• Service existing accounts and communicates with clients on a regular basis.
• Compile a list of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business.
• Discuss use and features of various parts = Vendor Reps are your best friends.
• Communicate parts orders to counter people and advises them on delivery instructions.
• Keep training current.
• Use MAPP to increase your customer’s purchases and track potential new customers.
• Use all of your SELLING TOOLS given to you to maximize your customer sales.
