Job Description:

Job Summary:

The person hired for the position of Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a total manufacturing environment including shipping, receiving, cycle counting, keying of inventory transactions into computer system.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Reads work order or follows oral instructions to move material where needed

* Loads, unloads and opens containers onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand, pallet jack or forklift.

* Conveys material from storage or work sites to designated area

* Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases or other containers

* Cycle counting when required

* Other duties as assigned

This position will require:

* Working a fixed 1st shift

This position may require:

* Working overtime

* Weekend work

Basic Qualifications:

* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher

* Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Possess a current and valid Forklift Certification

* Experience operating both a sit down and stand up fork-lift

* Experience with SAP systems

* Warehouse experience in the areas of shipping and receiving

* Experience performing cycle counts in a manufacturing facility and/or warehouse

* Basic computer knowledge
